Comfortable 1BR Apt in Central Houston with Free Park

Disgusting towels, incredibly dirty space and moving me multiple times to a different space

Big apartment. Hot water available. Coffee and tea provided. HVAC functional. Location different than the original booking but worked for me.

On the day of my trip I got a message that the property I chose is not available and they are changing the location. The new location was in a totally different neighborhood. The gate was always open even though there was code to it. Every time I closed the gate someone would come and open it. Other units were smoking weed all the time. On a Monday night, another unit had many people around at the pool and they were talking out loud, playing music and even arguing until 2 AM, and I had to wake up at 6 AM. In terms of cleanliness, the floors were very dusty and evidently not cleaned before I came.

Great communication and experience for the night we stayed. Instructions were given as far as location and parking and were clear.
