Too much to type. At check in I was made to feel like a criminal because of some issue the property had with booking. They were very rude and told me I would need to produce a bank statement to “PROVE” I had already paid through Booking. They finally say that it is taken care of and ask for my CC to pay the $115 for incidentals. I later found out they went ahead and ran a second charge without my permission or acknowledgement for an amount even higher then what I had already paid through booking. We only stayed for 2 nights and a lot of that was spent on the phone trying to fix their error. As of now we are home and the $450 is still not back in my account.

Great amenities loved the pools and lazy river. Easy beach access. Low rating is due to paper thin walls and a room next to us having at least 5 young kids in it screaming and crying and adult screaming at them the whole week. Did not get much relaxation in the room. Front desk said sorry for the noise…..,
