The room was very clean, spacious, and quiet.

I have no complaints at all

I liked how many activities were there and my kids loved the splash pad

The trash shoot door wouldn't open so we had to drive our trash to a different location

Staff was friendly and accomodating Outdoor pool was large and heated.

This resort was not "smoke free"! Our room was OK for one night (or a few) but was actually adjacent to another larger? unit. We did have access to the washer and dryer

Well, I blame TripAdvisor partially and I’m very upset with the check-in process. When I booked the room, which was not refundable, because it was a day before I needed to use the booking, the amount I paid was supposedly the full amount with taxes and fees. There was no little Asterix telling me that I was going to pay an extra $33 a day resort fee. And when I checked in, there was a damage fee assessed, and I agreed to that knowing it was going to be refunded to me. No one ever said there was also going to be an extra charge, even though Aaron, one of the sales people, trying to sell the apartments or condos or what have you, gave me a hard sell to try to come and listen to a sales spiel. He gave me offers of money, a vacation and he asked me if I knew what I was paying and I said I know what I’m paying, and I showed him my TripAdvisor receipt. He kind of smirked and made a comment under his breath, about my total being ~ $250. I saw the $66 charge on my credit card the next day for the resort fee so I was appalled. On top of the fact that you can’t check in until 4 pm and have to check out by 10 am, so you don’t even get to use a second day resort fee! Now to those that would be interested in buying there I would say look elsewhere. There are a lot of amenities- pools and they have activities going on, but you have to take a shuttle to the beach and the plane and site-seeing helicopter traffic is unbelievable. We own a timeshare right down the road, literally less than half a mile away and it’s on the beach and you don’t really hear the plane or the helicopters, you see them. I mean you have to stop talking if you’re at the pool when they fly over. Now for the good stuff, the room was very pretty. It had apparently been recently redone. That is what the check-in person told me. I love the counters in the kitchen and in the bath. It was bright and airy. There was a little deck, although it was not very private, you could be having a drink with your neighbor right across the way and the one big drawback was they had a sofa bed that when you opened it, it bumped right into the bed. We had to push the other bed out of the way (difficult when the headboard is attached to the wall) to get it opened and then you’d have to be a gymnast to climb over to put the shade down and fix the air-conditioning. Not very user-friendly. Especially if you’re dealing with, as I was,a special-needs adult who can’t help to do the shade and the heat or air-conditioning. We never ate any food offerings there although they did have a little marketplace you could get food and they had an apparently a bar. And one really nice thing was there was a washer-dryer right outside our door that we shared with one other room we didn’t use that either.
