The location / views / sound of the sea. Everything that we required was within easy walking distance. And the fact that we would like to revisit this property again !

I will mention one point . Given that the property details / reviews, mention that the sound and sight of the sea, particularly going to sleep / waking up to the sound of the sea , is a great feature of Benwick Cottage. And we totally agree that it is a fantastic experience. The negative is that Benwick Cottage has two bedrooms each sleeping two people, one of the bedrooms has two windows, both with sea view, and the second bedroom has no windows facing the sea, just one window facing the rear with a view of a small area of grass. Given that, the bedroom sight and sound aspect of the sea would only be relevant for half the guests. In our case we only used the larger bedroom, as it just the two of us, and we had a great experience going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of the sea. I do think that the point should be highlighted that only one bedroom has sea facing windows.

The views were stunning and the location was amazing.

Parts of the property were not clean such as the grill had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Parts of the cottage were dusty and not wiped down as an example the bathroom door and windowsill.

Location. On the beach so perfect for my daughter to easily have a swim without carrying loads of stuff. Lots of thought gone into the appliances needed for our stay.

There wasn't a mat in the bathroom for when you get out of the shower. Can hear lots of noise from main bedroom windows.

The view, the treats on arrival, the decor, how easy it was to un pack and pack the car and then to park. All the yummy delicious near by and of course the delicious hot chocolate at the Kiosk. The sound of the waves when you fall asleep is magical.
