5 bedroom, recently renovated house close to Hastings Beach

Great space, very nicely furnished, homely, clean and good location

It was all good!. There wasn't anything we didn't like. There was plenty of room for all of us!! The kitchen was a good size. The lounge and dining area were nice, and the bedrooms were a good size. The garden was nice if it had been warm enough!!

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like!

The house was superb. We like that all the rooms were spacious and there were quirky corner cupboards which used up the space smartly. The kitchen was very well equipped and the garden was enclosed with levelled areas.

Greeted by Adam who was very pleasant and explained where everything was and how to use. Clean rooms, towels, bedding and appliances. Nice touches included leaving a pint of milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and sugar, shower gels and shampoo. Plenty of cleaning materials, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets, basically everything you would need. Quiet rural setting but less than 10 minutes to the seafront and a large Asda 5 minutes away. Double drive big enough for 2 Ford Kugas an added bonus. This is the second time we have stayed here and its even better. Host has upgraded to super fast broadband and Sky tv. The garden has been looked after and added table/benches on the patio, great for the warm evenings. Would definitely stay here again

Host was responsive and very helpful, description was accurate, actually more space then we expected, couldn't fault the kitchen & bathrooms and furnishings, will be rebooking next year

The house was excellent! Great location for our golf trip! Will definitely be booking again next year! Adam met us on arrival for a quick tour and guide (even waited for us as we were a little later than expected) House had everything we needed!
