5 bedroom, recently renovated house close to Hastings Beach

really friendly helpful host. The property was exceptionally clean and there was plenty of room for a family gathering. Parking for several cars was easily accessible on the road whilst the property was only a short drive from the beach and the old town.

The only real negatives were that we would have preferred blinds or curtains in the lounge as it felt very bare/not cosy without them and we all could have done with a mirror in the bedrooms. I had to dry my hair on the landing.

Perfect accommodation for 8 of us and small dog, to meet up and celebrate a special family birthday over a weekend. 5 spacious bedrooms (one en suite), all with comfy beds. Another good bathroom and an extra toilet. Plenty of living space in which to chill, and well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook some meals in the house. Pretty garden too. Located v close to Hastings town and not far from Rye, both good places to visit. Good comms from friendly owner. The place was perfect for our stay!

Amazing, modern house beautifully done out in a fantastic location. Adam the owner was so helpful and the five double bedrooms and living area were immaculately clean. Their was also loads of parking spaces available outside the property.
