5 bedroom, recently renovated house close to Hastings Beach

Lovely house , nice and clean and great space. Owner was friendly and very helpful

Greeted by host who was very pleasant and explained where everything was and how to use. Clean rooms, towels, bedding and appliances. Nice touches included leaving a pint of milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and sugar, shower gels and shampoo. Plenty of cleaning materials, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets, basically everything you would need. Quiet rural setting but less than 10 minutes to the seafront and a large Asda 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again

Garden a bit untidy compared to the inside of the house but probably wouldn't bother most stayers

Nice and spacious family home with all appliances needed. Really loved it! Well situated, privacy & sunshine in the garden. Host welcomed us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the property.

Though located in a green and calm residential part of Hastings-St Leonards, there was quite some noise of passing traffice due to being located next to a much used road.

We were able to pick up the keys easily out of hours.

Nice hosts and good hand over. Large bedrooms ,good kitchen and space was good. Nice large dining table.

Front garden rather overgrown and the men in the group totally weeded the back patio as it was quite bad,filled a sack with weeds but it was sunny and kept them happy. Maybe lift shower traps and plugs to clean a bit better.

Great place to stay, host very welcoming everything that we needed was there and more, this place is close to family that we visit regularly so will be coming again.
