"A decent, budget-friendly place for one or two people with an accommodating host."

The TV was a good size. Plenty of shops and food options in and around AIR building. Host allowed us to arrive early.

Microwave needed to be moved to be used (couldn't reach power socket). Apartment is quite small (but perhaps this is to be expected given price/location).

Restaurant's and supermarkets very close.

Needed more information about using the swimming pool. Cab drivers need to know SMDC building as nobody knows air residences.

It’s so convenient as it was located at the business district of Makati. Easy to book grab and there were a lot of restaurants and even a grocery store in the area.

Just the crowded elevator.
