Beautiful little apartment in a very nice residential building. Self Check in was so easy to deal with. Big Tv with Netflix and Prime and many other options on it. Big fridge, fully equipped kitchen and a nice little bathroom. Perfect for 2 people and the bed was very comfortable also. AC and fan was very nice in the room too. Balcony view that you can see a lot of Manila from. Would definitely recommend to stay here

The lifts in the building can be slow as they are used by a lot of people, but this has nothing to do with inside the apartment itself

Emerson is an awesome host. He was so helpful he offered to fetch me at the airport when he found out I was arriving late, female all by myself. He even helped me go to the store to get some water. He was also thoughtful because I was suprised when he had chocolate in the fridge because he probably found out beforehand about my birthday. His condo is so homey and I had a great 3 weeks staying there. The condo is clean, and it is equipped with all the essentials. I will definitely come back. One of the best rental places I have stayed in. You wont regret it. Promise! 😉😉

location is accessible to everything. save more supermarket, watson, goldilocks, 7-11 and pick up coffee is next to each other. The host is very prompt if you have any issues.

not all elevators are working so during peak hours if you are staying on higher floor it almost stop every floor levels.

Location is awsome, near airmall, and connected to supermarket, also in a highend area of Manila, apartemnt is in good condition, nice big smart tv with youtube and netflix.. everything you need was providet. Intresting view with partial seaview from the 56:th floor. Owner was highly responcive. I would recomend, allthough the owner did increase the price over 50% after my stay. Wifi was really good.

I didnt like the strictness of the lobby staff when it comes to having visitors! no one not pre aproved by owner and admin was allowed to enter. Pool was only accecable to owner or their familymembers, Bed was extreemly uncomfortable,
