GBDoss house We arrived at the student halls "Cosy Rooms" on 25th July for a two night stay to be greeted by a middle-aged man in boxer shorts smoking a spliff, walking around like he owned the place. Maybe he did? In the small hours, he and his partner returned to room 4, off their heads. They thought it would be funny to tug on our door handle, before running to hide in the shared bathroom and giggle. The other guests were no more civilised; looking at us with contempt as if we'd walked unannounced into their private home. The communal areas were treated with as much respect as you might expect from university freshers (pubes, pants and pizza boxes). Overall, this unpleasant experience left us feeling very unsafe and like we were staying in a halfway house. Despite booking a two-night stay, we left first thing the next morning, after one night. I'm not convinced this is a real, licensed, insured guest house, just a vague listing only found on two websites. Avoid if you're a normal adult.
GBI WOULD NO RECOMMEND IT TO DOG, I could not report to anyone that the lock on the bedroom door does not work the 55 inch Television DID NOT work, therefore I did NOT stay there. I am requesting my card company NOT to pay for it. I WAS DISGUDTED
