Cozy Central Apartments - with Private Kitchens & Bathrooms

Another guest playing load music at 6 in the morning. Entrance to the building dirty and the microwave. Mirror held up with 2 nails and fell off the wall. Hist very good though

I really loved the apartment, it had everything and more than that, I was very comfortable in it. So, for the apartment, I gave it a high rating, OK, but without other things that we have to discuss, which really leaves something to be desired. but the apartment is perfect, very well equipped

I would not recommend a single woman to take this apartment because I felt very safe. Because there are many men who were hanging around, street smart people until they knocked on my door at night asking to enter the apartment and I felt very safe with that. I think thePeople have to take steps with respect to prior science so that people feel safer. So, by one hand and alone, I don't recommend this apartment. You have to be very careful because it could end up being dangerous soon.

The location was okay

The property was not like the photos and was deceiving. The mattress and topper were filthy. The flat building smelt of cigarettes and weed unfortunately and was not clean at all.

Location is A Plus, walking distance to the city. Place is private and quiet. Residents' parking permit also a bonus, at a minimum daily cost.

Portsmouth is exceptionally cold this time around. The unit's heating system needs a slight upgrade.
