Staff are very helpful. Went above and beyond to give an external fan heater, TV upgrade and antenna upgrade. The property is spacious and comfortable. Kitchenware and overall facilities in good condition and clean.

Broadband needs to be sorted as it has a very low speed. Possible micro filter needs upgrading or the open reach socket needs upgrading. Conflicts with TV signal. Bathroom is often cold. One heating not working. May need to be flushed. Would consider upgrading the washing machine as the current one is not really efficient.

Nothing like what we expected. Corridors litter strewn and dirty, smelling of pot. Room not cosy but a squalid Stevens bedsit with a bed, kitchen area, wardrobe, plastic table and two chairs all James in. Noisy and uncomfortable. Did not stay

The room is ideal for singles/couples - for 3 ppl or more is too tight. Good Wifi connection

Mid-stay, hot water cut out; host agreed on a refund, but only 80% of the agreed amount was actually refunded. Persistent smell of damp throughout the property further diminished the comfort of our stay and unreliable TV due to antenna connection. While some positives existed, unresolved issues left me with an overall unsatisfactory impression.
