"We really enjoyed our stay, the house is lovely."

We loved the quiet location and leafy surrounds. The Aga in the kitchen is gorgeous, a pleasure to cook on and the living room spacious and comfortable when the whole family gathered.

We were disappointed to find the BBQ dirty, and the kitchen cleanliness was ok but not great.

The property is in a lovely location , 25 mins walk into lymington . The beds were comfortable and the property is nicely furnished

The property was not very clean , we have sent photos to the owner of dust , cobwebs , bits in kitchen cupboards , dirty pans and garden furniture . Like a previous guest we asked for fans for the bedrooms especially as there was a wasp nest on roof line so didn’t want to leave windows open but the owner didn’t wish to provide so didn’t sleep well as too hot . Cupboards had not been checked as we found clothes from previous guest .

"Beautiful comfortable house which felt luxurious and homely"

The house was spacious, with a luxury feel and had a lovely outside space where we spent most of the time. We had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and pleasant.

The outside BBQ grill was dirty so we used the AGA to cook instead.

"Lymington family break."

Beautifully laid out property. Very private space. Not at all overlooked. The private gate for added security was super. Perfect location.

Never used an aga before. Even though it looked beautiful, I did not have a clue!! Maybe a little microwave for those not acquainted with an aga!
