Really spacious . Great for what we needed it for . Comfy beds and was stocked with coffee and milk also !

Great location to where we wanted to be - Birmingham city centre and Utilita arena.

The property was really nice and situated in a great location. Well worth the money.

Parking on the street isn’t great, but there was spaces to park.

Privacy for 2 couples with separate bedrooms & bathrooms. Nice lounge/kitchen area. Nice & modern plus clean. Good location for the Utilita Arena. Reasonably priced. All in all a lovely place & will hopefully be back. Thank you

Would have liked a new sponge & cloth for kitchen & 2 more chairs for table. Also didn't like the fact you only get security codes half hour before arrival - felt like I might have to chase

Not paying attention to details eg No dishwasher tablets No bathroom bin downstairs No blind in one of the bedroom windows No shower gel Only 2 dining chairs and tiny dining table Only 2 champagne flutes No sockets next to bed in twin room No bedside lamps in twin room Having to send photo id before entry even if you are uk nationals( never had this in the uk before) No hooks to hang coats etc

lovely apartment close to the City Centre, couldn't fault it.

Great location in the Jewellery Quarter, very easy access to bars and restaurants. Parking outside the apartment was free which is a bonus. Tea, coffee, hot choclate sachets provided. Apartment is situated over 3 levels with a twin bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, open plan living room on the middle floor, and large double bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. Very nice apartment. Converted warehouse.

Cleanliness needs a bit more attention, food (curry) splattered on the one side of the kettle, which needed cleaning before we could use. Becareful when leaving as the passageway to the apartment block is poorly lit, one side has a slope with steps next to it, one of our party fell as the steps were not visiable without lighting. This really isn't the host's fault, but just to be mindful. Messaged and called the host as we hadn't received any check in details at 3pm which was check-in time. I wasn't happy about sending ID via Whatsapp prior to arrives for all occupants, there should be a sucure facility on Booking.com to send these through.

Very clean and well presented, excellent kitchen facilities, excellent shower and bathroom, including second wc and shower. Comfortable double bed. And a twin bed room.

I feel the property is more suitable for a family or two couples, only two chairs for use round the Kitchen table would be beneficial, and maybe another seat in the sitting room. But this did not detract from our stay and is a minor issue.
