Luxury 3 Floor Townhouse Birmingham - Alara Boutique Living

Very nice size accommodation in good quiet area of Birmingham. Good showers, good kitchen area.

A couple of bits of furniture seem a little cheap and cheerful compared to the overall feel of the property.

Stayed here a few times with friends!

Property was spotless and really good value for money. Had a fabulous time staying here with friends.

It’s a little bit of a walk from the centre but lovely and quiet.

Great space, comfortable beds and easy to access.

Woken very early by loud music from a neighbouring property. Not really the fault of the property but a little frustrating.

Good location an easy 25 min walk to the centre of Birmingham and an easy and pleasant 20 minute walk to The Utilita Arena .The apartment was clean ,spacious and well equipped.Communication with the property staff was good.I would definitely recommend it for a visit to Birmingham.

Just a couple of minor things no bath mat,soap dispenser in the bathroom upstairs was empty.Would have been useful to have a tea towel provided .Some of the slats underneath one of the single beds were missing, fortunately this didn't affect the nights sleep.

Great location and good value.

Twin bedroom was more like a kitchen than a bedroom but it was clean and functional.

Communication was slow and we didn't get access codes on time. Apartment was missing basic amenities like a tea towel. Neighbours were extremely loud throughout the night (shouting on the opposite balcony)

Lovely townhouse, spotlessly clean, super comfy, close to city centre, great communication from owner, 10/10 stay
