Stunning 2 bedroom Duplex close to main Beach with seaviews

The location, the kitchen, the sea view, and the resort.

The host was not very responsive to our requests. The host forgot the apartment was booked for four persons and towels were missing. The apartment lacks cutlery, dishes, and cups.

We liked the two and half bathrooms. ALso liked the fact the two bedrooms had the bathrooms on suite.

Alot of steep hills and steps but taxis are so cheap it wasn't such a big deal.

Posizione ottima, a due passi dal mare e dalla via centrale di Puerto del Carmen, piena di ristoranti e locali. La casa è grande e disposta su due piani. Grande anche il terrazzo dove poter per mangiare fuori. Comunicazione con l'host ottima e veloce, molto disponibile.

Le camere da letto, sono al piano di sotto e avendo solo delle piccole finestre, rimanevano umide e circolava poca aria. E' stato necessario accendere l'aria condizionata tutte le notti (aria a pagamento). Inoltre al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa non pulita bene, soprattutto la cucina e i bagni erano sporchi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto, che dopo la nostra segnalazione, l'host ci ha mandato il servizio di pulizie e ci ha pagato parte dell'aria condizionata.

It’s a large space that easily accommodates four adults and has been renovated into a modern style. The views are absolutely stunning and the location is superb. The pool is also a welcome addition.

There’s no AirCon upstairs and so it can get very hot up there. Also bring coins for the AirCon downstairs. It doesn’t cost a lot if you are sensible with it.

The property was in a safe location and central to restaurants, shops and the beach. And yet, it was quiet at night. No disturbances from outside noise. The grounds of the apartment complex were very clean and well maintained. We had an amazing view from the balcony.

The only issue was really with the location, there were a lot of steps and difficult to walk in the heat. I would not recommend this if you have any respiratory or heart conditions. The pool area was well maintained however the shower did not work and the toilets were not stocked with soap or toilet roll.

Clean, modern, spacious, everything you need, stunning views, excellent location.

A bit noisy at nights and early mornings with gate slamming and people walking up and down the steps with suitcases.
