The hotel cancelled my reservations without contacting me to let me know. I booked the room a year in advance due to a graduation and then confirmed the reservations via the local hotel in October to make sure all was set for the May graduation. The hotel not only cancelled my reservation and did not bother to tell me but also left me stranded and scrambling for a place for my child's graduation. The hotel manager did not return two messages left to her regarding the issue and Staybridge customer service did not provide any assistance either. We had to stay 40 minutes away for the weekend and drive back and forth that distance numerous times over the weekend.

"Cancelled reservation after booking.com was sending confirmations the entire leading up to trip."

We arrived and our reservation was cancelled. We had no room, with no where to stay late at night. We were never notified this would be the case. Booking.com was sending reservation confirmations up until the day of.
