It is close to everything I want to do around town. When I visit my son, we have options!

The location definitely caters to college students. They are everywhere! It is convenient when you need to run to a store. It is an older area, but like my town, drive 10 minutes down the road, and the scenery gets better.

It was pretty clean and staff were nice and respectful.

We realized the morning after our first night there that we only had 3 towels, bath clothes and smaller towels. We stayed in a room that could accommodate 6. My husband went downstairs and asked for more bath clothes, towels. They were nice but could only produce 1 bath cloth. There was someone else waiting with my husband for the same thing. He was listening to the staff and it sounds like this was a BIG problem that morning. I don’t know if it’s always like this or if this was a fluke. Also, my husband is big on coffee being available at all times in hotel lobbies, and if not you should have single serve coffee makers available (there were none in the room). He notified the staff that the coffee was empty and they said they would get to it in short time. 30 min later it still wasn’t replenished. The lobby wasn’t overly busy or anything either. Nevertheless, the staff was approachable and seemed to want to help. I think they just need a little more pep in their step.

We like how new everything was. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was yummy.

We were told the room wasn't ready when it was supposed to be and we waited 35 minutes and then they realized they were waiting for the wrong room to be ready and our room had been ready the whole time. The shower had some hair in it. They were also trying to clean the room 10 minutes before check out time. We felt a little rushed out
