Very impressed with the room.. not expecting the amenities. Front desk clerk (did not get his name) was super nice and helpful.. he talked with us about his experiences at ECU as a student since we were there for college campus tours.

Not having a fire alarm go off and have to evacuate our last morning while trying to get ready

Cleanest staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast staff disappeared didn’t keep the food full customers had to keep asking for plates and food.

"Overall, my day was pleasant"

The property was new clean. It smells really good. I love all the new amenities. I love the spacious rooms the friendly staff, the modern feel of the whole hotel was very pleasant. And the aesthetic of the hotel and the rooms were awesome.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel is that there was hair in my bed. There was a hair on both sides of the bed as well as hair in the bathroom shower. I called to the front desk and they brought up new bedding and offered to put me in a new room. Maybe the housekeeper didn’t change the bed and I also found a bath bomb in between the hand towels. And so this just lets me know that the house cleaners didn’t bother to change the towels. It’s possible that whoever stayed in that room made up their own bed and the housekeeper didn’t change the sheets either way I was very disappointed that I found hair in the bed and in the shower other than that the hotel looks amazing.
