Very roomy and everything was nice and clean

The gas was left on from previous visitors and didn’t know until last day that gas was kicking on and off on the fireplace. So we shut off gas valve

Clean, comfortable and very roomy. Loved that it was one floor. Beds were comfy.

Pool table needs updating. A griddle would be helpful to make pancakes and french toast.

"Perfect Getaway Vacation for Family of Any Size!!!"

I liked the size of the house. There was plenty of room for a family. The kids loved the theater room, the pool table, the arcade machines, the hot tub, and the fire pit. We made smores. They had a blast!! The house is decorated lovely, very cozy! The house is plenty big for a large family at the holidays and would feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this home for your next getaway!!

The location was a little far out, but that is understandable. At least there were a couple of gas stations/convenience stores near by. **A small amount of firewood/kindling would be nice gesture for your guests to start a fire with.** You have pretty much thought of everything else. Kudos to you!!

Very beautiful home, super clean and plenty to do! The movie theater was awesome and the hot tub clean and hot when we arrived! Very responsive host! Will absolutely be back!

"Lovely, clean home in a rural county setting"

House was available right on time even a little early. House was very clean. Family enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Commute to Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area was quick and easy. If your looking for a home away from home this is the place.

If you are looking for a view of the mountains this is not the place. House is in a valley with no views except for your neighbors. Even taking a walk is not ideal. There was only 1-2 pieces of wood available for a fire. Suggestion - it would be nice to have some books on local attractions to visit.
