Everything except I believe it needs a tankless hot water heater because after two showers the water turns cold.

I do believe the venue needs a tankless hot water heater to accommodate the amount of guests it sleeps. After two showers, there is no hot water.

Everything, me and my family felt like we was at home.

I can actually see myself bringing my family back to this location. It was so nice and beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves, but most of all my mom loved it.

Private lot, very responsive hosts, great relaxation options (hottub, game room, movie room, fire-pit & fireplace), well-stocked towels, extra blankets etc., comfortable, flat parking, and central location.

If you cook, the knives in the kitchen are subpar. Also, the kitchen could use a new skillet. Although it was centrally located, our primary activity was hiking in GSM park, so it was a bit of a drive daily, 30 minutes plus, depending on traffic and location. It could use better lighting to grill when it is dark. It would have been helpful to have instructions to get the hot tub out of sleep mode. We had an issue with the door, but they were very responsive in addressing it.
