И за час до заселения нам отменяют бронь 😤😡🤬 Мы остались в другой стране без жилья и денег на карте 🤯 А все потому, что в этот день приезжал Макс Корж, и они решили сдать номер кому-то подороже ! Из-за денег испортили только себе репутацию!

Experiență extrem de neplăcută cu această proprietate. Proprietarii ne-au anulat rezervarea fără nicio notificare sau explicație și pur și simplu nu au mai răspuns la telefon în ziua sosirii. Este inacceptabil și total lipsit de respect față de clienți. Recomand evitarea acestei cazări și a acestor gazde!

Właściciel odwołał rezerwacǰę o godz. 21.30. Przyjazd był uzgoniony na godzinę 22. Na dworze lał deszcz i mocno wiało. Właściciel nie odbierał telefonu. Jest bezwzględnym ŁOBUZEM.

The apartment was a good size and very modern and in a good location

The WiFi didn’t work & no response from the host when we advised them of this. We couldn’t use the tv either as you needed an access code which wasn’t provided. Advertised as luxury but the little touches you get with luxury weren’t there - good quality bedding & toiletries Mens shower gel only(old spice!) self catering apartment but no pots/pans to use. No tea/coffee. One of the sofas in the lounge was broken. Communication was poor & details on how to access the apartment were sent in Romanian

Location is great, convenient to walk to any central point of interest. The bed is quite comfy and large. Nice thermostat allowing to control the temperature inside. Overall, a large apartment with insane amount of storage space - clearly built for living.

Probably can summarise the negative experience with “management”. Here’s the list of negatives: lack of responsiveness from the host (had to use booking, WhatsApp and phone calls); no toilet paper or any other paper tissues in the apartment; no toiletries provided - there’s a dispenser on shower wall and it was filled with water(!) not even diluted soap; the apartment is overall quite run down: shower head barely stays in position, keeps dropping, lights, tiles, decorations and some electrical fittings broken, one of the sofas pretty much destroyed and not fit for use, nothing provided in the kitchen in terms of consumables, duvet is very thin and not good for winter. Quite disappointed really, it was meant to be a romantic getaway but ended up far from it. And it’s lot a cheap property either…

Location - walkable distance to center. Heating was ok and easy to figure out (luckily, because there were absolutely no instructions on how to use it and no instructions for the WiFi). Availability for pets.

Firstly, the communication with the host was very difficult - they didn’t answer our questions. There weren’t instructions on how we were supposed to enter either. Secondly, there are a lot of listed items available in the property according to the ad, but that’s misleading. There weren’t any “ toiletries “. There was only one half-used soap and one piece of toilet paper that was almost finished. No coffee machine. The kitchen is not equipped enough to cook meals. If you want to prepare anything there, you have to even buy salt, because there isn’t any. No hair dryer, no terrace/ balcony. No available Netflix as stated - works just if you already have an account. No lights in the common areas of the building.

Near the city center

After a long five-hour drive, we arrived late at night, exhausted and ready to rest. However, the host did not provide clear check-in instructions, and we had to call multiple times to figure out how to access the apartment. We had booked two apartments for two nights, but upon arrival, we found that one of them had not been cleaned after the previous guests. There was dirty laundry and leftover food scattered around, which was very unpleasant. Check the photos attached. We contacted the host to complain about the situation. They acknowledged the problem, apologized, and offered to make our stay free of charge. They also promised to send a cleaning team the next day. As we were exhausted, and we had our sleeping bags, we accepted the offer and slept directly on the mattress with the sleeping bags. Despite many contacts after our stay, we have not been reimbursed any amount by the host. Only after reporting the problem to booking.com the question was solved, and the reimbursement did occur. Overall, our experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend this property.
