El Dorado Seaside Suites Oceanfront, All & More Inclusive - Adults Only

The location of our Room. 1st floor sea side suites. Directly in front of the swim up pool bar!! Best location. The staff!! Are absolutely amazing and make this resort amazing. We loved Luan, Miriam, Carlos, Henry, Juan, Benjamin, and our Concierge. Room service 24 hours. Very fast. The food With room service is good, but the menu is extremely limited. The dj for the foam party On the seaside suite, Was what you need more of!!! The spot is amazing all the staff in the spa superfriendly. We did the hydrosherapy and the 1 hour massage beyond our expectations. Amazing. We also did the candlelight dinner.

The restaurants are very limited for breakfast and lunch, And the menus for breakfast and lunch very limited. There is a dress code for the restaurand it's expected that you adhere to it. There is definitely not enough bars or night life. The swim up bar pool closes at six p m. We spent the majority of our time at guacamias bar. Which really seem to be the only choice for evening entertainment. And they did have a couple of live bands during our stay. And then a d j after the live band. We need more time with a d j to dance in the evening. The Is mariachi band Was cute, but we paid $120 for a dinner. That came on one plate. The food was disgusting and ice cold. No bueno. Also we had no hot water for a shower. We called the front desk they sent someone, right? Amaintenance came in, he did something so we got warm water. But then it went right back to cold. We never had a hot shower our entire stay. The golf cart rides to get to your locations with fun because it is a lot of walking. The problem is sometimes for the shuttle bus. You are waiting 25 minutes and they also stop the shuttle buses at 11 PM. So if you're still at the bar at midnight one o'clock, you have to figure out how to get back to your room on your own, which is very confusing and is a very, very long walk at least thirty plus minutes. The shadow boss should go until The bar closes.

All the rooms have pool, they have the nicest staff we've seen in Cancun, nice alcohol (Jack Daniel's, black label, bacardi, aperol, etc)

Everything was beautiful the staff was great and very friendly also helpful I have nothing but great things to say about our stay at this resort my husband and I loved it so much we brought a timeshare there. can't wait to go back thank u Monica our personal concierge she was awesome 👏👏

the rooms were clean and the staff were great.

Biggest problem was lack of food during the day… yes there are a few lunch places but if you come back from an excursion and return during the off hours there just isn’t anything or anywhere to go to eat. the reservation system for dinner is a bit ridiculous. as we didn’t know where we wanted to eat until midday and by that time the only times avail were 9:30pm. However we arrived early and the restaurants were half empty. very frustrating. my room didn’t have hot water for two days. I had to ask three times to get it fixed along with the lock on my door was broken when I arrived. The rooms themselves are very tired in comparison to other resorts at this price.

The food was the best part

That it don't cater to all age groups. This resort is for old people only. No good music, entertainment was horrible, games was not good....

The view! Pools were excellent as well as cabanas and bartenders. Try Aqua Zumba with Mariam👍👍

Restaurant reservation availability was limited. Daily construction in the room above us and next door. Air conditioner unit dropped and shot ice. 4 hot tubs, none functional. Our phone only worked on speaker phone.
