El Dorado Seaside Suites Oceanfront, All & More Inclusive - Adults Only

I been going to Mexico from the 1990. I mostly go to Cancun. Other than the staff that was always there with and answer their is nothing that I liked or enjoyed about this property.!!!

This property feels like retirement home. The activity was horrible. This is not set up for younger people

The room and the walk out to the pool. The buffets were very good.

Only one 2 restuarants on the seaside suites side. Had to go the distance to Palms side or back to the front lobby to dine.

The swim out was cloudy we couldn’t use it. The sheets were stained every night they were changed. The restaurants would close random nights with no notice. Dinner reservations were hard to get. There weren’t enough golf carts. You’d order food and wouldn’t get what you ordered. Very disappointed in this experience and will not be returning.

We loved how clean it was. I am a big germaphob so I always clean anytime I stay anywhere. Their staff is on top of it. We also loved the "more inclusive ". Due to this we were able to make so many more memories without having the hassle of finding transportation. Activities like canoeing, paddleboard, snorkeling.. ..The staff were so friendly. We are definitely going back and are thinking about becoming members. We didn't get to do one of the presentations , but had the pleasure of meeting a few couples that were and shared their experiences. Lastly, we loved that they decorated our room for our anniversary and had soft music playing when we arrived to room after dinner.

We didn't like that were not able to walk right out to the beach from the seaside side. However the fact that the campus shuttles to you to adjacent resort with curbside service made up for it. Also the beds were not so comfortable to me but my husband was ok with it
