El Dorado Seaside Suites Oceanfront, All & More Inclusive - Adults Only

The staff are so nice, the food and amenities are great for the price. I loved the swim out pool. Everyone loved the size of the campus - it was big so everyone had their own space to spread out but also not too big where it would be inconvenient to move around. Love this place!

Some of the tour options to Chichen Itza was not great.. really inconvenient it’s not a direct drive (had to stop and get dropped off on the side of the street for a transfer)

The resort was really nice with a number of pools which meant that it never felt crowded. Our room was comfortable and staff were really positive and helpful (apart from the odd occasion!).

Only a couple of small points like the gym could be colder and they could consider opening the pizza stand slightly earlier than 12.30 as an option for people who didn't eat breakfast.

Loved the staff, beaches were clean, food was good, room was very nice we had a great time

The only thing I would say is the paint needed to be touched up outside our room by the pool. There was big spots that had peeled off

The food was very good. Room was comfortable, but needed some repair. A/C worked but still a little damp. Beach/pool/facilities very nice. Beautiful landscaping. Friendly staff.

Had a smart tv, but couldn't mirror/cast phone. Room needed a bit of repair. Hard to get reservations for Japanese/Italian - book on your first day.

I liked the rooms and when we moved to the 1st floor, We could walk out on our patio and into the pool straight to the pool bar. Beach fiesta and fire show was amazing

I booked 2 rooms but they did not put our rooms next door to each other. Food was mediocre except for the breakfast buffet and the beach fiesta. Beach was rocky and I cut up the bottoms of both feet the first day.

Excellent staff and service. Everything within the resort was a short walk. Rooms were very clean. Beach was nice and evening activities were fun.

Rooms were very dark, so we ended up spending as much time as possible outside of the room. Rooms were a bit outdated and could use some refreshing/maintenance. Rooms were noisy next to main pool area. Food was not great for the price paid.

It was huge with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, a selection of lovely pools and the room was beautiful. The swim up suite was awesome!
