First few days seaweed but that's mother nature When it cleared the sea was like an aquamarium Evening entertainment was a bit lacking and website was inaccurate But what entertainment there was was good

- nice room with comfortable bed - good views of sunrise every morning - room service quick in the mornings - some staff were very nice.

- reception explains too fast! - app doesn’t help get around sprawling property w very little signage - very few restaurants/bars open! some nights i had ZERO options and had to get room service - not much food to select from when things were open, with no food and drink options in seaside area after lunch service ends - bath water in my suite came out YELLOW, shower smelled like sewage, and toilet often did not flush all the way - I had the corner swim up pool with a missing rail that someone could fall over from the 4th floor! SUPER dangerous and exposed metal you could get injured on, plus flimsy rails on the front - swim up pool water had lots of bird feathers in it every day, seemingly not filtered if there’s stuff floating in it - disappointed to learn the “More Inclusive” Excursions all 45m+ drive offsite over in playa del Carmen, which is like half the long drive from the airport! - cafe and other facilities = extra expenses not originally advertised! - music starts blasting in the public spaces at 7am and some mornings construction started at 6:30! - poor service at Driftwood restaurant (only one open on Seaside), food was bad, and birds get all over the surrounding tables bc they don’t bus them for a long time! First I was IGNORED for a long time then seated at a table with fresh wet bird poop on it and no one cleaned it until asked! - airport shuttle is included and despite following instructions well in advance, the Lomas team did not have my confirmation both ways! I spent the last day back and forth with them as they continued sending me the adjacent room’s ride details and not my own! - deeply disappointed that I caught a cold on the first day on the property and on the last day was encouraged to check out and leave far earlier than necessary, only to then wait in the lobby uncomfortably and be questioned by a man with a clipboard asking many questions - most concerning was the weird guys sneaking onto the beach selling drugs!!!!

Très belles installations, en bon état, personnel très aimable, services de restauration de bonne qualité.

Plages envahies de sargasses mais on ne peut pas le reprocher à l’hôtel. Les applications de streaming ne sont pas accessibles sur la télévision.

La amabilidad de todo el personal. Sobretodo Mateo&Pedro que nos trasladaban por el hotel. Tambien los chic@s de entretenimiento. La hab era muy espaciosa con jacuzzi&piscina. El desayuno buffet. El restaurante japones muy rico. Tambien el corner dla plaza central con musica en directo, puesto de tacos y bebidas en la tarde/noche. Y las actividades gratuitas que nos incluian. En especial la excursion a las cuevas&cenote. Desde que llegas hasta que sales puedes disfrutar del T.I hasta nos dejaron ducharnos en el spa antes de marchar.

El hotel necesita algunas mejoras. Habia oxido en la piscinas, y la piscina de la hab era desbordante pero estaba muy sucio. Las camas balinesas eran comodas pero se veian viejas. Al igual que algunas zonas exteriores del hotel que necesitan ser reparadas. La comida a excepcion del italiano&japones muy repetitiva. Los precios del spa desorbitados. Es un hotel para extranjeros! De echo eramos los 2n españoles que lo visitaban. Y habia un hombre que rondaba la playa ofreciendo drogas cada dia. El horario del transporte hacia el aeropuerto fue bueno pero deberian ajustar horarios nos dejaron alli con 4h de antelacion que podiamos haber aprovechado en el hotel.

The spa was amazing!

There were areas that needed repairs, tiles missing and paint, rust in pool.

The resort was beautiful! I love how each floor had a swim-up pool. We had the honeymoon suite and the room was huge. I loved the bathroom. Everything was CLEAN! It was also my husband's birthday and they came in and decorated the bed saying happy birthday. I thought that was so sweet. The candlelight dinner was beautiful.

The only thing i did have an issue was that the drinks weren't strong at all. I wish i could have gotten my money's worth with the drinks. Other than that loved the place.
