The service was excellent. All of the staff seamed happy and helpful. Pretty grounds, great food, beach access was great and calm areas of the beach you could enter the ocean water, nice pools, lots of cabanas for beach and pool use for a great place to relax. Clean grounds and rooms. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

The room was noisy. We could hear the people who were in a room next to us loud T. V. and their wake-up alarm go off in the morning. The walkway outside our room was also noisy. We could hear people late at night walking and talking outside our room while trying to sleep.

Food was great Bar staff was fantastic

Room was beside a venue that had a generator going for weddings very unpleasant noise almost constantly Also didn’t get the pillows we were offered or the room scent

Everything was great .

Customer service at the driftwood and the experience with atv with the lomas company. They need to be clear that no one rather your driving are not should drink . So do the atv before you starting on the boat or at the property because its all included other than that it was a great experience

Dedicated staff who seem to truly care about the property. They really seem like a family. I loved staying here and I believe I’ll be back one day.

It’s very spread out, so long walks or wait for a golf cart. That’s it, really.

The food was delicious and the drinks were great! Having room service 24/7 was amazing and the food arrived within 20 mins. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The excursions that were included were the cherry on top! Plenty of entertainment during during the day time and night time as well.

I would have preferred that the pools here a bit cleaner. I understand that it might be there less busy time of year but there were a couple of days we didn't feel comfortable swimming in our swim out pool. But the staff seemed to quickly fix the issue and the Infinity pool was usable.
