Very beachy

Very confusing signage that was out of date . Having to wait for golf carts at high demand times as the resort is very spread out . Staff were efficient but not friendly . Could not get reservations to speciality restaurants - THIS is a problem

The staff, the food at the sit down restaurants, the fact that you did not have to pay for cabanas, the wide variety of restaurants- especially the vegan restaurant! The room was lovely.

That the free airport transfers could not be used from the Tulum airport, the buffets had very little vegetarian options at breakfast, I would not recommend the beach club for the Maroma beach free excursion- we were made to believe that we would have access to the el dorado maroma hotel and all of their facilities- we did not expect to only have access to a separate beach club that was not a part of the actual resort. The walls in the room at seaside suites was super thin, I've never experienced anything like it- we could literally hear our neighbors turning on and off their light switches. Very loud and hard to sleep at night hearing everything our neighbors were doing.

La habitación es hermosa y muy espaciosa, el tener la albera saliendo de la habitación es algo hermoso, el jacuzzy excelente, toda la comida, las bebidas y postres delicioso y muy variado, los restaurantes de especialidad recomendables en especial el de la comida Italiana gracias por el detalle del postre no recuerdo el nombre de la mesera sé que es de Chiapas, la comida Asiatica de lo mejor. los espacios de recreación y de decanso muy bonitos. hay una zona que se llama frontera el Chef muy amable y todos los que trabajan en esa zona y todo muy rico, mucha vegetación y fauna que puedes admirar con mucho cuidado. no dejen de ir. Recomiendo el hotel y espero volver de nuevo. gracias.

El conserge fueron poco amables solo están sentados y no te dan bien la información que necesitas, el piso es un poco resbaloso en las habitaciones en las áras comunes con albera utilizar zapatos que tengan antiderrapante, la limpieza de la habitación no fue muy buena, y falta que la música sea mas variada no solo para los vistante gringos, habiamos varios latinos que queriamos escuchar música para bailar, consideren que en el hotel llegamos de diferentes nacionalidades, y que falta más vida nocturna me quede con ganas de bailar.
