Deer View - A luxury rural property with breathtaking views

Deer view is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and set in a fantastic location, with beautiful views from every window. The private garden with BBQ and firepit were a great bonus, and the hosts could not be more welcoming or helpful. We were so comfortable there, and didn't want to leave!

Clean, spacious, quiet and welcoming hosts

A great location - easily accessible but very quiet. The hosts were there to welcome us and and were helpful throughout. And having the Downslink at the bottom of the garden made for lovely early morning and evening walks after a full day at Knepp.

The property was bright and cheerful in a beautiful, private location. The kitchen was well equipment and the hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for the gift of Fizz, eggs and milk left in the fridge. It's a great location for families or couples exploring the Knepp Estate and surrounding countryside. Footpaths accessible from the accommodation and a private garden with fire pit and log seating. We had a lovely evening star-gazing and saw plenty of wildlife during our stay. Highly recommend, would visit again.

Joli gite au calme, dans une belle région d'Angleterre,, avec tout ce qu'il faut en termes d'équipement (machine à laver, sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle, etc.) pour notre séjour d'une semaine. Il est très bien tenu et propre. Lits confortables. Belle vue sur la campagne environnante. Une location idéale pour famille. À recommander vivement !

Stayed as a family of four. Chose this property for its proximity to family and it worked well as a base. Check-in was straightforward and communication with the owners was prompt and reliable. They are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The property was very clean on arrival and well prepared, with a few essential items provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a family stay. The setting is quiet and well suited for country walks. The garden is a standout feature—safe and spacious for children. Our daughter spent time playing outside and enjoyed the dogs on the grounds. We also saw three deer and plenty of partridge during the stay, which added to the rural atmosphere. There is a fire pit which the owners set up for us, although we didn’t have time to use it. Inside, the space is comfortable and well maintained. The bed was particularly good, with a luxury hotel feel to the bedding. The shower pressure was strong, and WiFi was reliable throughout. The property is well set up for families, with a cot and stairgate provided. No issues during the stay. Well suited for families or anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable rural break with responsive hosts. Would return.
