NZEasy parking and great location to the Tollesbury saltings, the estuary and Malden area. Lovely hosts and tidy accommodation with a nice lounge area, small but very functional self contained kitchen. Upstairs was pleasant and the hot shower was lovely. Possibly difficult if you’re 6’ and over which we are not. We’d definitely recommend this stay located on the edge of a farm field! We appreciated a late check out, which made our holiday stay even more enjoyable. S&A Tauranga NZ

GBGBAbsolutely perfect stay! The property was spotless, had every amenity we could possibly imagine, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and lovely. The food from the Indian takeaway down the road was fabulous. I've not got a bad word to say about here - probably one of the best places we've stayed in.
