Spacious 4-bedroom townhouse in the city center with free parking

Couldn’t seem to control the heat. It was hot on the top level. We had to open the windows which let bugs in.

Great communication from Alona prior to check in. Code for the door provided which made it really easy for our large group to have independent access when needed. Fantastic situation allowing easy access to central Oxford. A great space including a cute little garden.

Disappointing miscommunication about early check in which we paid extra for. Cleaners had just arrived as we hoped to settle in. This also made parking difficult and stressful. However, the cleaners worked very quickly and were so helpful and polite but it made our management of our time difficult.

There was only a small issue with the recycling bin not having been emptied due to a previous guest’s error but we managed. A few suggestions were to put down some sort of anti-slip in showers. There were no oven mitts which would have been helpful.

The perfect house! It is in an ideal location, just a short walk from both the train station and the city centre. Having parking for one car on the driveway was a great bonus. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had a calm, tranquil atmosphere throughout, including the lovely garden. The bedrooms were comfortable and well presented, with quality linen and towels provided. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary shower gel and shampoo, and the fact that two of the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. The welcome packs were excellent and included everything needed for the first day, from tea and coffee to washing-up liquid and other essentials. The garden was another highlight, with comfortable seating beneath a glass canopy, allowing us to enjoy being outdoors even when it rained. We had an amazing stay and genuinely couldn't fault the property. The only thing that would have made it even better would have been a slightly later check-out time, but this certainly wasn't a deal-breaker. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

It was handy for the corner shop and very close to town but you couldn’t get out of the estate without going through the congestion zone at the first roundabout. Beds were comfy, love the little bedside extension lead / charging station. Rooms were good size. Loved the ‘push’ label on the kitchen cupboard Nice little shampoo and condition sets and drinks welcome in the kitchen - but no hand soap in bathrooms - yuck Plenty of towels suppled

I was misguided by the Birds Eye view to think there were 2 parking spaces. The one space there was was very tight with overgrown bushes and difficult for me as a disabled person to get out of the car with the door unable to fully open. Showers were inaccessible to people in larger bodies. The outside bin was full to overflowing which didn’t give a good first impression. I liked the amount of bathrooms and closeness to Worcester College

Did not like all the rules and regulations and the fines if did not do certain things. Check out at 10am exactly, if not off drive were fined. Meant stress on final morning that took away enjoyment. Could not relax in the property. Asked for an iron in property, however the bottom of it was already burnt so could not use it.
