Mead Cottage a Tranquil Retreat in the Heart of the Lake District - Ridgestone

The cottage is beautiful situated in a quiet little village!

The outside area needs a bit of cleaning up there were weeds everywhere, bird poo on the flags and leaves on the way up to the hot tub!

A very cosy cottage in the quiet village of Lindale.

Really gorgeous little cabin, decked out to a very high quality, the furniture and furnishings are all gorgeous The hot tub was fabulous

The shower temperature went from hot to very hot, we couldn't get it to go cool. There was no light or night light in the toilet, so if you went to the toilet in the night you had to turn the bedroom light on Very limited space for your things, but it's ok for a night or 2

Great location, easy to travel from and to, extremely cozy, all amenities present and garden is gorgeous. Place was very unique and lovely to call home for a couple of days

Easy to miss the entrance, had to pass a couple of times before I noticed it. A few cobwebs around the bed and shower area and floors a tad dusty. Missed having some drawers to put clothes

The cottage was beautiful & cozy, with an amazing hot tub.

Everything was amazing, the place is so beautiful inside and everything in there is very luxury from the soaps provided to the bedding, Neither of us wanted to leave, would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be booking again

Property was a little dusty. There was blonde hairs on the floor and lingering on the table ect
