SMDC Coast Residences Lovely Fully-furnished 1 BR Condo with pool

It's a cute little place complete with kitchen stuffs

There are little cockroaches all.over the kitchen so we are washing everything before we use them and the stove is not working

Security deposit not given out a week after checkout. Host not responsive at all

It's very near some of the famous attractions, Star City is just a walking distance away. The elevators are fast and really accessible. The place also has a convenience store on ground floor.

Swimming pool requires payment and additional permits. If you would like to use the pool, tell the property owner in advance.

Not included but it's okay for me.

The service of the front-desk lady that wears security-like uniform.

The authorization letter was not given to us and it was difficult to contact the host when we arrived, I hope that this was part of the check-in list/things to do when the confirmation was sent.
