The owners were very good at giving information and making sure that everything was alright when I arrived, ensuring that they were able to be contacted if necessary. Great location, easy access to the harbour and other places around the area. It was really convenient to have an allocated parking spot. Would recommend it.

The bed was a bit cheeky but I suppose I should have expected that with an old four poster bed.

"Wonderful 4 days in Brixham"

Beautiful little apartment perfect for the 2 of us. 5 minutes walk to harbour with nice bars and restaurants . Lovely boat trip to Torquay and walk back to Brixham . Karen was very helpful on the end of the phone if needed. Would love to come back 🙂

Lovely, quirky and well equipped little property. Easy to find, with the added bonus of a car parking space!! Within an easy walk into Brixham harbour and it’s pubs and restaurants. Excellent hosts with nothing too much trouble for them. Would happily stay again 😊.

Karen was fantastic. Everything was completely hassle free. Beautiful apartment and lovely terrace. It was a short walk to the harbour. Highly reccomend.

"A wonderful weekend away in the heart of Brixham, lots of cafes & bars near by, if needed."

Location was perfect, for us. Fantastic modern large bathroom with walking shower or there's large bath, heat & light bathroom mirror. bathroom has various lighting for relaxing atmosphere if required. The kitchen has all the new appliances needed, including the all important corkscrew & bottle opener. A Large TV with streaming services available in the lounge.

There are multi changes in level in the apartment, that caught me out, step down into bedroom, step up into bathroom, I soon got used to them.

Captain's Nook is absolutely exquisite, so comfortable & super close to the town & harbour. Guest parking is a real bonus! Gorgeous bathroom & four poster bed! plus a well equipped stylish kitchen...we will definitely return :) Thank you Karen for being such a lovely host. Brixham is a beautiful, we didn't want to go home !
