We liked how clean the house was .

All the music playing till the early morning . The light shining in the bedroom with the bigger bed.

It had adequate sleeping space for everyone.

When asked prior to booking the unit, the property manager was asked if any of the bedrooms were downstairs and they advised yes. When arriving, it was come to find out that all the bedrooms were upstairs, which made it harder for one of our guest. The listing stated that the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, and there was the bare minimal in terms of cookware and utensils. The doorknob on the back door would not lock properly, along with other small issues.

The house was beautiful and spacious. The backyard was as advertised - open and inviting, but shared with the adjoining unit, which wasn’t an issue during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with limited, but cookware. We were able to make dinner and breakfast for our family during our stay.

So immediately the first issue was entering the home, however that’s simply because the key entry pad is different; you have to give the deadbolt a full turn after entering the code properly. The biggest issue for me that I didn’t see in any of the other reviews was that the ENTIRE UPSTAIRS WAS MORBIDLY HOT! It was a sauna no matter how low or long the A/C and fans ran & we even brought extra fans ourselves! Lastly, there were no wash towels. Completely petty, but some travelers rely on the basic essentials when booking a stay. While it was only mildly inconvenient for us, the next guests may not have available resources to obtain them while there.

Squeaky beds

Absolutely Nothing.

If you have asthma or allergies or just want a clean environment, stay away from this place! extremely dusty. Leaving my child coughing and struggling to breathe. Beds were stained, holes in the walls, dirty showers/floors/base boards, dead bugs,bushes in the way of entry, sheets in the window as curtains. When I tell you layers of dust on the blinds/doors/over the beds. Not the mention the noise and absolutely no where to where to park in the front back of the building. Leaving you parking blocks down the street. Owners don’t care to resolve the issue or accommodate you, forcing you leave and find another place to lay your families head at night in a city you are not from. Had to pay an extra $75 for earlier check in due to them having to “coordinate a cleaning time” with their “cleaning company” they have with cleaners that don’t even properly clean. This place has potential but needs management that puts in some work to their property and not just trying to make a quick buck off of people! I am a travel agent and have stayed in many properties, this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered.

The location by so many bars on a Saturday night, the AC was horrible, it was record breaking temps, I get that but we had to sleep downstairs due to the ac no working upstairs. We were not given enough towels for the people we told them were going to be there.

Great location, close to downtown and multiple venues, safe, friendly, clean lots of space, neighborhood felt safe with 5 teenage girls for our rental.

For our daughter's concert teenage experience, everything was great. Our daughters noticed a scent that was unusual - it was not prominent in the unit. May have been coming from the adjoining unit.
