Good location for what we needed. Easy parking. Wifi worked. Walkable to some places. Overall quiet.

I am a frequent Air B&B'er. Never had any issues. So, I guess I was due. Check in: We asked several weeks in advance to check in one hour early. Check-in was at 4p, we asked several times for 3p due to the fact that we had a work commitment that evening. They flat out would not even though the space was clean and empty. When they finally sent us instructions to enter the space (at 3:58p) the door wouldn't open. Someone had deadbolted it on the other side. They were dismissive and rude saying it was our fault the door wouldn't open. When they finally realized this was beyond our control, we had to wait another 45 minutes outside for someone to come open the door. It was now 4:45p and we had a work engagement at 5p. I was extremely late to that and deemed unprofessional -- even though it was out of my hands. As an apology they let us check out at 12p instead of 11a. I needed the early check-in not a late check-out. Sigh. Space: The space was fine. For the amount we paid, I wasn't expecting the Four Seasons, but my bed (the one in the room with two beds) was squeaky and sank in the middle. None of the beds had bed skirts -- which is fine... but it looked untidy and I could see the different box springs in every room. The beds were also not made when we arrived. The polyester sheets and blanket were folded at the end of the bed. The owners also left us only one towel per guest -- which I found very unwelcoming. FYI the stairs to the bedrooms are VERY steep, we were fine, but it's hard if you have bad knees. The stair risers are all marked up and dirty from various people climbing the stairs -- they could use a paint job. Parking: there is parking in the back and the front. But we didn't know about the back. The front is a steep climb of a few steps to the door, FYI. So, if you can, park in the back. FYI, the back gate doesn't close -- so all night the back gate was open to the alley.. anyone could have come into the backyard.

10/10 do not recommend, unless you don’t mind

Seen pictures of this place on line and it looked great. In person it was not good at all, furniture had stains on it, there was holes all over the walls.. stairs looked like they were falling apart. Beds were extremely noisy, heard gun shots outside two night in a row. Not a place you’d want to bring a family with kids. Patch work on the walls wasn’t even painted. Pots and pans had metal scrapings chipping off. There were nats coming up the sink drains. This place was very disappointing

Perfect, clean, great location.

We liked that there were 3 bedrooms with queen-sized beds. We like that there was a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs, both with a shower included. We liked the location of the place, both in its closeness to the tourist stuff downtown and that a restaurant, coffee/breakfast place, and a park were in walking distance.

The parking was misleading. We were told there were 4 spots, 2 for us and 2 for side A. We were told if we needed more, street parking was available. In reality, there were only 3 spots, and one was for the owner’s car. Because there was someone in side A the entire stay, they took the 2 available spots. We had to circle the block multiple times and get lucky when we needed a parking spot. There also was only 1 bowl and 1 plate in the entire kitchen. We were not told that we had to provide our own paper products. Finally, the coffee pot wasn’t clean when we arrived. I made our first pot that morning, and the pot already had grounds and leftover coffee in it.
