"Penthouse Stay"

Location & cleanliness are good. The property is clean however some furniture are for 'kids' and not for working proffesionals they are so small.

4 chairs are not that good and the tables are so small.

"Good location but avoid if possible."

Not much, but it had a microwave. The bed was uncomfortable. There were extra towels in the cabinet. The hot pot did not work.

The room was really small. The chairs were very tiny and not meant for a big adult. The wall clock did not work. no alarm clock. The pots and pans were used and low quality. The minifridge had a broken piece so that no bottles stayed in well. Pretty junky to be honest.

"A possibly nice place ruined because of No Internet and No TV"

The Host was very nice. It was pretty clean, few places with LITTLE ants (I have seen in many places in Philippines but don't remember seeing in America) but not bad. The Kitchen setup was SUPERIOR, MUCH better than I ever expected. Host was resposive when I told them about the party at 2:30am.

No internet! I am sorry but my wife and I had to stay and we chose this place because of internet and good rating. We contacted host but because of it being weekend she could not get it fixed. I am sorry but this was VITAL to us so that is MAIN reason for poor rating. Also, maybe because of no internet (not sure) the TV was not working - every chanel was static. So, my son was bored. Unfortunately these were very important to a good stay. Thin walls - neighbors were having a party at 2:30am - luckily Host answered my message and told me to contact security and they took care of it.
