We had a wonderful stay at this resort and truly enjoyed every moment. The resort is amazing, very clean, well-maintained. Special thanks to Mr. Hassan Eltabakh for his warm and amazing welcome and for the outstanding hospitality. The aqua park was fantastic and provided endless fun for both children and adults. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and full of variety. The quality of the food was very good. All the staff was excellent, professional, and always willing to help.

Big shout-out to Ms. Martina! She really looked after us, from before we even got to the hotel all the way until we checked out. She was in touch with us every single day and got everything ready for us. And also, a huge thanks to Ms. Basmala from the Animation team. She's a natural with kids and honestly, she's the best one on the whole team!

Staff were friendly. Italian restaurant food was exceptional. Mr Hassan and Martina went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were quiet spacious. Entertainment was good.
