Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre idyllique ! Martina du service Guest Relations a été présente pour nous tout au long du séjour sans relâche. Je tiens particulièrement à la remercier pour sa disponibilité, son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse, ainsi que le directeur de l’hôtel qui était très sympathique et attentionné. Tout le personnel était aimable, souriant et très accueillant, toujours prêt à aider et à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. La diversité des restaurants permet de satisfaire tous les goûts, la nourriture était excellente et la vue est tout simplement magnifique. L’ambiance de l’hôtel est à la fois paisible, élégante et parfaite pour les familles comme pour les couples. Mon fils était extrêmement heureux de profiter des nombreuses activités ainsi que de l’aquaparc, qui a été l’un des moments forts de notre séjour. L’équipe d’animation a également fait un superbe travail pour créer une ambiance conviviale et amusante chaque jour. Les installations de l’hôtel étaient très propres et bien entretenues, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’attention portée aux détails ainsi que la qualité du service durant tout le séjour. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs en famille et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir rendu ces vacances si spéciales et inoubliables !

My fiancé and I had an absolutely wonderful 7-night stay at Gravity Hotel Sahl Hasheesh with our parents. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled perfectly. The check-in process was fast and smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Our sea-view room was spacious, clean with well-maintained bathroom and very comfortable. A special thank you to our housekeeper Ahmed, who delighted us every day with creative towel decorations and great service. We would like to thank the managers Salah, Martina, and Nabel for their exceptional care and attention, and express our sincere gratitude for making our holiday so special. Salah kindly helped us organize beautiful flowers to welcome our parents and ensured they had comfortable conditions during their stay, which we truly appreciated. We were also very happy to meet Martina, who was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. She absolutely made our stay memorable and enjoyable! During our stay, we felt unwell for a short time, but Nabel went above and beyond to support us. He handled everything quickly, contacted the clinic, arranged the transport, and stayed in touch with us together with Martina. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great rooms, well-maintained facilities, clean territory, a relaxing atmosphere, and a beautiful seaside location. The food was varied and tasty, we also enjoyed à la carte Italian restaurant. This was a truly wonderful experience, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We highly recommend Gravity Hotel Sahl Hasheesh and would love to return in the future. Thank you once again for everything! 🙌🏼

Хороший номер, красивый вид на море, замечательная лагуна, в которой можно поплавать с детьми и посмотреть рыбок, живой риф, с насыщенной подводной жизнью, что не часто встретишь в районе Хургады. Приятные русскоязычные девушки на ресепшн.

Отвратительное питание, есть просто нечего, совершенно не вкусно. На улице жарят гриль, но раздающий его работник жадничает, как-будто от сердца отрывает люля-кебаб и сосиски. Грустная картина, которая оставляет очень неприятное впечатление. Все лежаки у бассейнов заняты с самого раннего утра и до вечера, причем, на них никого пол дня нет, никто эти полотенца не убирает. Это тоже отвратительно. Ну и конечно самого низкого качества алкоголь, который пить невозможно. Впечатление, что отель выживает как может и экономит на всем, но их можно понять, такая сейчас ситуация в Египте.
