Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park Sahl Hasheesh Families and Couples Only

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Nabil for the warm welcome, outstanding attitude, and high level of professionalism—it truly made a great first impression. Also, many thanks to the animation team for their great energy and fun activities, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely return.

Das Personal ist grundlegend überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insbesondere die Managerin Martina hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und den Aufenthalt zusätzlich erleichtert. Der direkt am Hotel gelegene Strand ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Wasser ist sauber und klar. Das Buffet ist recht gut und in ein paar Punkten durchaus auch abwechslungsreich, besonders aber die à-la-Carte-Restaurants (richtig wäre aber eigentlich Prix-Fixe-Menu-Restaurants) stechen hierbei hervor, die man mehrmals besuchen kann. Gefallen hat uns auch das (kostenpflichtige) Zusatzprogramm, das von Subunternehmern um das Hotel herum angeboten werden. Zu nennen wären hierbei insbesondere die Tour mit dem Quad durch die nahe Wüste sowie natürlich das Tauchangebot.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist zwar noch immer relativ neu, aber eben nicht mehr ganz "state-of-the-art". Ist aber verschmerzbar. :) Weniger ideal sind die Cocktails, die vom Rezept her irgendwie mit den Versionen, die man aus Europa kennt, bestenfalls in Ansätzen vergleichbar sind und tendenziell zu viel Alkohol enthalten. Allerdings wurde bereits in dem Punkt Besserung gelobt.

The hotel was tiddy and clean, the staff were friendly and treated us kindly and were always welcoming. The hotel is very suitable for families. Staff always helpful and tried to meet all our requests. I also got a room upgrade, which was great. There were a heated pool for kids and adults ,, water aqua park was great and many slides are there for kids and adults as well Generally it was a Great atmosphere and amazing views

The food in general did not satisfy all tastes. But everything else was perfect

Great location on the beach, snorkelling available just in front of the hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful. The New Year’s Eve party was wonderful.
