Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park Sahl Hasheesh Families and Couples Only

We had a great stay in Gravity Hotel. On arrival we have been warmly welcomed by Martina, who showed us everything and was extremely helpful during our time. As a very nice bonus we have been upgraded to a sea view room which we truly enjoyed. Hotel has a lot of swimming pools and what is more important they have a heated one also. Food was great: both in terms of variety and taste. Hotel staff is very friendly and kind. Overall, we definitely recommend the hotel and would love to stay here again.

The breakfast had a wide variety of different foods to try from so every morning I was able to enjoy a different type of meal along with beverages of your choice staff are very helpful with this Special thank you to Martina for being of much assistance anytime I needed help with anything from planning activities to arranging specials meals and reservations at one of the many restaurants that are here, she made my stay that bit more easy and enjoying so thank her for that I would recommend Martina as a assistant for anyone who is visiting Egypt first time and may be anxious. She will help calm your nerves and make your stay unforgettable

Провели 3 замечательных дня в данном отеле. Расположение, обслуживание, еда/напитки, развлечения и плюшки от отеля - все на высшем уровне. Нам велели ли замечательного и улыбчивого менеджера - Мартину, которая рассказала об отеле, номере и была на связи по всем волнующим нас вопросам. Отель шикарный, единственное, попали в ветреные дни, поэтому не смогли покупаться в море, но бассейн с подогревом очень быстро и хорошо этот момент невелировал.

Super aufmerksam war die Gästebetreuung, in unserem Fall Martina. Sie hat uns bei allen Angelegenheiten geholfen und war immer, von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute für uns da, egal welche Anliegen wir hatten. Alle Angestellten im Hotel waren sehr bemüht, damit der Aufenthalt für uns unvergesslich wird. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind wirklich immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist Top, Schnorcheln ist super möglich und auch die Anlage selber ist sehr schön angelegt. Viele Pools stehen zur Verfügung und Abends ist immer Programm angesagt. Das Essen ist hervorragend, sowohl im Buffet-Restaurant als auch in den Restaurants, wo vorher eine Reservierung notwendig ist. Wir können die Anlage jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Alles war Top, nur für die Zeit Ende Nov, Anfang Dez für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen zu viele und vor allem zu oft Weihnachtslieder!

Location and hospitality

Home after an amazing 8 days staying at the Gravity Hotel Hurghada. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and given a spacious fabulous sea view room. We were looked after attentively by the lovely Tina/martina Nothing was too much trouble constantly checking we were having a great time. Which we did. A la Carte food of our choice every evening.Tina was always smiling and made our stay extra special. A real asset to a wonderful hotel. Also a shout out to a hard working Animation Team with so much energy . They also kept us safe on a night out too. Also thanks to Adam in reception who sorted out our transfer after we were let down. And last but not least the pool guys and waiters who work so hard and the cleaners the place was immaculate. Looking forward to a follow up stay in the New Year.
