Beautiful hotel with a stunning view, friendly staff, a wide selection at the buffet, and delicious food. The room was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. Martina from guest relations was very helpful and made you feel welcome at the hotel.

Lage war super. Sehr nettes Personal. Schon am Schalter wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade, was eine schöne und unerwartete Überraschung war. Vor allem unsere Betreuerin Martina hat uns immer begleitet mit fachmännischem Rat und Hilfe. Sie kontaktierte uns täglich und fragte bezüglich möglichen für uns Reservierungen. Tägliches unterhaltsames Animationsprogram. Abwechslungsreiches Esensangebot. Fantasiereiche Zimmergeschtaltung. Genügend Liegen am Pool und Strand (Ende November). Wir würden sehr gern wieder kommen. Danke!!!

Personale fantastico! Un grazie speciale a Martina, sempre sorridente e disponibile, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno speciale. Ci hanno persino offerto un upgrade gratuito della camera, davvero un bel gesto. Le stanze sono ampie e molto confortevoli. La spiaggia è grande, anche se per nuotare bisogna accedere dal pontile e la barriera corallina non è tra le migliori. Il cibo è discreto, ma la cortesia del personale compensa ampiamente. In sintesi: un resort accogliente dove ci si sente coccolati. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante giapponese ed il cibo veramente è stato eccellente .

Amazing hotel! We absolutely loved our stay — 10 out of 10. The staff were super friendly,the location was perfect, and the beach with coral reef was beautiful. The hotel grounds were also wonderful. The VIP-level concierge service made everything even better, thanks to Mariana. Our room was gorgeous and very clean. We especially enjoyed the Oriental à la carte restaurant — the food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommended!

The only downside is that there is currently just one pier, so it can get a bit crowded at times. However, we were told that a second pier on the left side will be opening soon, which should make the area much less busy.

We had a wonderful experience at Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a better room free of charge, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and featured a large balcony!. The hotel grounds are very well-maintained, and the overall service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. There are different activities every day, so there’s always something to do without ever feeling bored. A special highlight of our stay was the guest relations support. Martina, the guest relations manager, contacted us every morning to ask if we needed anything. Having her just a message away was extremely convenient — we never had to go to the front desk for questions or requests, which made our stay even smoother and more enjoyable.

If you are used to high-quality spa services, this will be disappointing. While the massage itself was actually great, the rest of the experience was disorganized and far from relaxing. The interior is outdated, staff kept opening doors during my massage, and the atmosphere felt chaotic instead of calming. I also tried the Cleopatra Hammam service, and it was… strange, to say the least. The room was cold, the stones were poorly heated, and when I went to rest in the amenities (sauna, jacuzzi) the therapist who massaged me stood right there near me, making me feel pressured to leave. Overall, the spa needs serious improvement in both ambiance and professionalism.
