Tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Un grand merci en particulier à Martina qui nous a accueilli avec sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance. Elle a été au petit soin pour nous toute la semaine en se préoccupant du fait que tout se passait bien. Egalement toujours présente pour répondre à une question ou une demande. Cet hôtel est vraiment parfait aussi bien pour les familles que les couples, tout le monde y trouvant son compte. Si l'on en a la possibilité, on y reviendra sans hésitation.

Das Hotel war in ein gute Lage , Nähe zu Strand , Sauber mit vielen Aktivitäten. Es hatte sehr nette Personal wie unser Reinigungskraft Mahmoud und unser Ansprechpartner Liebe Martina

The staff was very accommodating to our large group. Martina from guest services was in contact with us everyday. She was extremely helpful during our stay and made us feel extremely comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, food is excellent, the Sea is calm and great for swimming with kids. They also had a heated pool which was great in the cooler temp. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

The location is good and the service is good. The staff is really nice

Our family of five, including three children, spent six days and five nights there. The hotel facilities and gardens were very nice. As the outdoor temperature did not exceed 23°C, the hotel provided heated outdoor pools for guests, which we really enjoyed. The sea was also suitable for swimming, with a temperature of around 25°C. There was a wide range of food options available. The staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly, always smiling and attentive to guests’ needs. We had a dedicated host, Martina, who was extremely kind and supportive throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

The Wi-Fi speed in the room was sometimes very slow or unavailable and needs improvement. The gym equipment is suitable for recreational athletes; however, some basic equipment is missing, such as a weight bench. It would be beneficial to consult with a gym trainer to review which tools and machines would best support an effective workout.

Rendkívül kedves az egèsz szenèlyzet, mindig azon vannak,hogan tehetnèk jobbà a nyaralàsodat. Külön szeretnèm kiemelni,hogy senki ne foglaljon utazàsi irodàn keresztül, direktben vagy itt a Bookingon èrdemes, olcsobb is Ès sokkal jobban foglalkoznak veled. Guest relation fantasztikus: Maritna minden nap interaktàlt velem, Ès minden nap ajànlott valamit, ezt így kell csinàlni, brutàlisan Jò munkát vègez, Ès kedvessège is hatàrtalan. Az animàtorok is fantasztikusat! Kedvesek ès segítőkèszek. Külön szeretnèm kiemelni Glowyt Ès Shazat is de termèszetesen az egèsz csapat nagyon kedves !
