The welcome was incredibly warm. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, and super spacious. The bed is huge—perfect for someone who’s 1m94 tall!

The apartment was well situated next to a train station and 25min walk from centre. It was very clean and very well equipped. The hosts were extremely helpful, easy to communicate with, and friendly.

Everything was just perfect, the host - including his family - is super friendly and helpful. The flat was very tidy and clean. It is located about 25min on foot or 10min by bus outside the city centre. Coffee, tea and two bottles of water, shower gel etc. were all provided. Private and secure parking is included in the booking. We had an absolutely wonderful stay, starting our roadtrip through italy and just decided to book the apartment again on our way back. Out of 10 i'ld give this place an 11!

The hosts were so kind and thoughtful. We were greeted by Stefano who made us feel welcome and showed us around. The apartment was a good size for the 3 of us and had everything we needed for a couple of nights’ stay. There were little thoughtful touches everywhere that made us feel so welcome and cared for - toys for our daughter, a set of nappies and wipes, sweets, bottled water, sanitary products and bidet stuff…the list goes on! We would definitely stay again the location was perfect-just a short walk and bus ride into the centre for sightseeing and a nice quietish neighbourhood for the nights.

Nice, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean apartment. The house is located in a quiet and lovely area, well connected to the city center by bus. We mostly walked around, and we rarely used public transportation. The train station is also nearby. There are several bakeries and nice restaurants close to the apartment. We would especially like to point out the kindness of the apartment owner and his family. When we arrived, due to the flight delay, we arrived late in Bologna and the owner Stefano was so kind that he came to pick us up by car at the main train station. On the last day, after we checked out of the apartment, Stefano and his family allowed us to leave our suitcases at their apartment, because we had a flight late in the afternoon, so we enjoyed our time in Bologna unhindered on the last day as well. We highly recommend this apartment and another big thank you to the owner.

Owner is very nice person, very friendly and very helpful. Lots of helpful tips regarding places to visit, places to eat. Villa is situated in peaceful part of town, very close to city centre with a lot of historical buildings, porticoes, towers, chatedrals,... There is private parking to, BR Urban
