The location is ideal. The flat is in excellent condition with all comforts. Quiet and cosy. The neighborhood really nice. The hosts are super hospitable without being intrusive.

As expected beforehand, the property was under renovation, and we were given financial compensation for this.

Nice and well-furnished apartment. We appreciated the possibility to safely park our car off road (next to the house) as it is possible to walk to the city centre (which we did) or to take a bus. The owner gave us a couple of excellent suggestions concerning nearby restaurants to enjoy our evenings.

Location was good with easy access to public transport, shops, laundromat and cafe.

A sitting area with a comfortable chair or two would have been appreciated, but not a big deal.

the location is good with just a short bus ride into Bologna but plenty of amenities in the immediate area. the property was spotlessly clean, with comfy beds and shower. Private off road parking was an added bonus.

Very satisfied with our stay in Bologna. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. The apartment is very comfortable and clean - the bedrooms very spacious with TV and Wi-Fi, the kitchen offers all amenities, equipped with all most necessary utensils, the bathroom, although narrow, fully equipped with everything one might need :) Perfect location, quiet neighborhood surrounded by pizza restaurants, traditional Italian trattorias, supermarket, tobacco and pastry shops. Bus station at a 5-minute distance from the apartment that takes you to the Bologna city center. Pretty close to the Bologna Airport and the Central Train Station. I warmly recommend this apartment for a family vacation.
