Property stank of cigarette smoke despite being sent a message about not smoking (we don’t) The heating and water was controlled off site and did not work correctly as there was a fault on the boiler got sorted but it was 2 days before we left that it worked reliably without us having to call/message. We are grown ups and can adjust heating to our own comfort level don’t need someone else determining how hot or cold a room should be. The kitchen items such as pots and pans were a state we ended up buying some from Morrisons. Had to clean the cupboards as well and there were previous guests food stuff left in cupboards. Would not stay there again. Very disappointed.

We didn't stay. It was filthy. In every room. We found cocaine and marijuana on several surfaces. There was broken furniture. Myself and my partner both got injured on furniture. The stairgate was broken too. No good for a one year old or any other child or anything. Nails hanging out the wall. The garden was unusable for anyone. (Massively overgrown, not clean, cigarettes and beer tins, there was even a discarded hoovering). Overall unsafe, unclean, unhygienic and unmaintained. It smelled awful a mix of cigarettes, drugs and food. Really don't have anything nice to say. We had our one year old daughter with us. It was not safe for her at all. Or ourselves. They did provide us with a "cot" which was vastly unsuitable and dirty. It was one of those side sleepers for newborns. Our one year old would have been face first on the dirty fairly quickly. So that was unusable as well. The boiler was held together with duct tape. There's just so much I don't think there's the space to write it all. The customer service initially was good. It took a whirlwind of a tumble when complaints were being made. Please do not stay here. Bullet points -smelled horrific -drugs on premises -unsafe inside and out. -broken furniture. -terrible customer service. I have never rated any property a one star before. Not ever. I've/we've stayed in properties hotels etc all over. Not once have I had such a vile horrible disgusting experience. On a sub note this was our first family holiday away, us and our daughter. It was also my birthday. It was suppose to be special and nice and memorable. Regretfully it will be memorable for all the wrong reasons. Massively disappointed.

Three bedrooms, enough space for the kids.

A little far from the city centre. No soap or shampoo provided. Hot water not working. Received complaints twice from the provider via whatsapp during the stay, saying the neighbours downstairs said we were noisy. The floor actually makes noise when you step on it or just walk around. We were misty outside during the daytime.
