Comfortable, cute and great location

Many things - all of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. All of this silverware needed to be washed again. The dryer was broken. TV remotes were missing. There were critters in the garage which made the gaming area, unusable,. You can see through the window/door of the garage bedroom. We didn't realize this at first. There is a wind tunnel affect every time the heat turns on in the garage bedroom, creating a whistling sound. The shower was moldy and black. That shampoo conditioner, and body wash were empty or miss marked. There were not enough washcloths. Some of the lights did not work. The outdoor seating was dirty and unusable.

Clean and comfortable. Actually feels larger than it is!

Would love a half bath in the detached section with the 3rd bedroom.

One level access living, convenient to beaches, UNCW, restaurants, and shopping. The Dollar General can be walked to and is super convenient for everything you need! Nice area to walk as well.

Property describes all features clearly in book.com but to be helpful, check in and out list, trash pick up, etc could be printed and left for renters for easy convenience. However, communicating with owner is super easy and response is prompt.
