The owner is a kind man who will assist you with anything you need while exploring the island, even beyond tour arrangements or budget concerns. The breakfast is excellent, and since it's a family-run business, you'll share the space with them, but they are lovely and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, especially considering the price. The location is fantastic, close to the main road, making it convenient to get to the center. Although there was construction happening next door, it wasn't noisy or dusty during our stay

Very comfortable and great stay at this hotel. The location is great, close to everything in town. The staff is extremely helpful and kind! The super comfy, big rooms, great beds, and awesome shower made the stay even better. You can enjoy the peaceful street view and work with your laptop if needed! The breakfast was delicious—although we woke up early, the hotel made sure to prioritize cooking breakfast for us.

A very nice homestay run by a kind and dedicated owner. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and everything was clean and well-equipped. The family is incredibly committed and the atmosphere is relaxed. When the fan in our room started to slow down, they were quick to replace it, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible.

A young man Tony runs hotel with a friendly, approachable vibe and reasonable prices on Cat Ba Island. The host provided us with plenty of dining and entertainment recommendations, especially suited for young travelers. The rooms were spacious and very clean. While there was a bit of rust in the bathroom, which is common in hotels near the beach, it wasn't a big issue. Breakfast was nice with a variety of options. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and all the helpful information the host shared.

During our stay, we needed help arranging transportation for a last-minute trip to Lan Ha Bay. The receptionist not only found us a spot on a boat tour but also arranged for a motorbike rental so we could explore the island after the tour. They really went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as possible. We were even invited to have dinner with his family, but unfortunately, we already had other plans. The room was clean, new, and definitely worth the price.

The location is fantastic! It was easy to walk to all the attractions in town. Everything in the room felt fresh and clean, from the carpets to the furniture. The room was also very quiet, providing an excellent environment for rest and relaxation. The staff provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in Cat Ba and assisted us with renting a motorbike

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is very good (definitely try the pancakes), and the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the pier with lovely restaurants nearby. Above all, the staff is incredibly friendly. We especially want to praise manager Tony, who is super friendly, speaks English quite well, and is very attentive. He helped us organize various transportation options, so thank you very much!

The furnishings are comfortable and complete, making it a perfect place for a memorable stay. The prices are extremely affordable compared to the quality of service provided. We loved our time at Cat Ba Green Pearl Hotel! The room was so spacious, with incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We also really appreciated the laundry service and the transportation Jay arranged for us from Hanoi to Cat Ba and from Cat Ba to Ninh Binh. The tour of Lan Ha Bay, which we booked through the hotel, was fantastic and a highlight of our trip.The location was perfect, close to everything we needed!

The room was lovely—spacious, impeccably clean, and situated in a great location. I particularly enjoyed the shower because of its excellent water pressure and modern design. The price-to-quality ratio was fantastic, and we were even allowed to check in early after arriving on a night bus from Ha Giang. The lady at the reception was incredibly accommodating and helpful, assisting us with renting a motorbike, booking a boat trip, and getting our laundry done. The breakfast was delicious as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. As a lovely touch, we received a sweet candy from Tony at the end of our stay, which made it even more memorable.
