No car parking but public car park is near enough

Nice location, and pleasant, clean apartment upon entering. Kitchen was good and kitted out well enough. Good location. Would stay here but know what you are getting based on comments below.

The room was incredibly stuffy. Fans provided but didn't allow the room to cool and with the bedroom being on the first floor it was hard to sleep. I imagine colder days/winter this would not be an issue. The kitchen, while good, was only kitted out for 2 people - no major drama but even though only 2 of sometimes not practical. We stayed on a Saturday and was fairly noisy from other residents. The general seating area was lacking. The sofa more of a double seat and no tv downstairs but yet this gigantic one in the upstairs bedroom meaning you could only watch tv when on your bed. There is one huge window with an oversized blind - not great for keeping light out in the summer months Finally the fire exit also leads from the bedroom. As lights on outside this added to the light.

Es ist grundsätzlich alles in Ordnung, aber... Die Unterkunft war auf den zweiten Blick nicht wirklich sauber: Staub in den Ecken, Haare und Flecken auf dem Teppich. An Geschirr nur eine Grundausstattung für zwei Personen vorhanden, das heißt nur zwei Gabeln, zwei Teller, etc. Salz, Pfeffer, Duschgel etc. nicht aufgefüllt. Die Badewanne/Dusche ist durch keine Tür vom Schlafzimmer abgetrennt, was ggf. stören kann. Vor allem aber, wie schon viele andere Rezensionen schreiben: extreme Hitze im Apartment, sicher 25, 26 Grad durch starke Sonneneinstrahlung, da nützen auch keine Ventilatoren mehr was. Besonders im oberen Stock, wo das Bett steht, staut sich die Hitze. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen aber eine spürbare Belüftung oben gibt es auch nicht. Im Apartment steht zwar ein Sofa, aber kein Tisch, man muss an der Theke der Küche sitzen und essen.

This apartment was lovely and spacious, bigger than I expected, with 3 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms with king beds on the upper floor that you could separate from each other. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, we all slept really well. We wished could have stayed longer! It is right in the centre of Penrith, a very short distance from the shops and amenities and the bus station car park where we parked our car. Communication was excellent and the hosts were in touch regularly beforehand and during the stay to check we were ok. We were not required to strip beds or empty the bins either which was appreciated!

The accommodation was lovely and clean. The owner couldn't have been more helpful. Great location, within easy walking distance to Penrith town centre.
