La posizione è veramente eccezionale, nel cuore di La Latina, vicino al centro, zona molto viva piena di ristoranti e vie molto carine. Pulizia corretta e quel poco che c'era in stanza, nuovo

In stanza veramente arredamento basic, sarebbe utile avere almeno due sedie e un ulteriore mobile per appoggiare valigie

Hyvä sijainti keskustassa lähellä metroasemaa, siisti ja mukava huone, josta oli näköala kahteen suuntaan. WC oli käytävällä mutta lähellä huonetta

Suihkukopissa ei ollut yhtä seinää, joten vesi saattaa kastella lattian jos ei ole huolellinen

Es un alojamiento muy bien situado, cerca de todos los lugares históricos. Es aireado y amplio.

The location was great, it was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the room that had a bathroom inside and plan on coming back in the future

The room didn’t have AC, only a ceiling fan which was ok during the days we stayed (early June) but will not be enough during the summer

-Loved that the room had it’s own shower. I thought there were only shared bathroom options so it was a pleasant surprise! -the location was lovely. In the middle of the city centre right next to metro station La Latina and tirso de molina. My room was on the patio side so no street noise. -Instructions to get in were clear. -the cleaning lady was nice! She gave me a bunch of new towels and an extra pillow.

There were a lot of things bothering me that could easily be fixed, but this host seems to not care about the comfort and wellbeing of their guests. I had an issue with the fan and the host pretended my issue did not exist and gaslighted me about it. At night it was so warm in my room that I had trouble sleeping. Sleeping with the window open was not enough and added extra noise and chance of bugs coming in because there was no insect screen. Suggestions: -put airconditioning in the rooms. I bet there’s enough profit made to facilitate it. Either that or a normal working ventilation system that doesn’t turn off when the light in the room is off. Or during hot periods make sure there are portable ventilators. Cheap option. -more clothes storing options. There’s enough room for shelves or a small closet. Especially when you’re staying a few nights it would make it a lot more comfortable. -If you state english as a language option, answer in english. The host did not seem to understand me because of the language barrier, but even when translated to spanish they misunderstood me. -add some decoration! Make it comfy for people. Doesn’t have to cost much to style them. -put up a sign for quiet hours. No noise between 22:00 and 9:00/10:00 should be normal. Every guest should have the right to rest and a lot of people don’t respect that. The walls are thin. -make sure the towels are clean. Mine were full of stains. I got 1 towel for my stay of 4 nights. Maybe put more towels in advance when someone stays long. Now I had to wait til 11 for the cleaning lady to get new ones even though I had plans that morning. -the matresses are too hard and very uncomfortable. Pillow is too thin.

Es un espacio silencioso y seguro

Casi nada de ventilación y el olor de las tuberías .las divisiones entre los baños no llegan al techo .cualquiera puede subirse a ver qué hay al otro lado mientras se baña

Sicuramente la posizione centralissima a 2 passi dalla metro. La stanza era pulita ed ordinata e tutto perfettamente funzionante. Il letto era comodissimo ed anche i cuscini belli morbidi. La doccia anche se direttamente accanto al letto, era pulita e abbastanza grande. Il balconcino è praticamente solo un affaccio ma molto carino. Ascensore comodo e veloce soprattutto perché è all quarto piano.

Purtroppo la stanza dà di una strada dove fino al mattino c'è confusione e tenendo la finestra aperta non si riesce a dormire per nulla. Poca carta igienica considerando che un solo wc è condiviso con molte più stanze il personale dovrebbe assicurare la scorta, al mattino la carta era finita ed è stato un vero problema, fortuna che avevo i fazzoletti con me. Magari sarebbe meglio lasciare 1/2 rotoli nelle stanze. Viaggiando solo con lo zaino va bene ma se avessimo avuto anche una valigia sarebbe stato un problema perché non c'è spazio per aprirla.
